Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Be in the same condition as received
Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not qualify for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used.
Sale items, promotional items, and gift cards (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will review the issue and work to provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
